Delivery Policy

Gazalaonline.com caters all around the world.

We accept Debit Card, Credit Card as a method of Payment.

Shipments will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days for most of the areas in Oman. Inernational Delivereis subject to Asyaad Express delivery Plan.

Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.

Orders will be charged OMR 2.shipping fee (non-refundable).

For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Asyaad Express office.

As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by Asyaad Express. Additional charges may apply.
